Sorry

Sorry guys I so fell off with the updates but I made some progress while I was away ..
I went from 193lbs
To 187lbs

I get mixed reviews from some say I look like I'm losing weight and others say I look thicker :-/
Pah... Weight lost is crazy

Back again and focus september 1st

Day 8- 8/13/2011

today was a bit different 8/13/201

This morning I had 3 low fat pancakes and turkey bacon for breakfast..

This was a huge breakfast for me so I may just have a snack later and instead of lunch ..

For a snack I had 1.5oz serving of cashew nuts

For dinner I had steam turkey wings with romaine lettuce and carrots

Day 7

Sorry guys I skipped Thursday. But here is my Friday eating plan

@7:00am I had GNC Total lean shake vanilla flavored in an 8oz glass

@1:00pm I had shrimp with broccli :)


For a snack I had 3 Graham crackers.

And I did something bad I went to wendys and had their Oreo parfait it was delicious lol so it was worth it mad good..

Day 5

@9:30am I had 8oz of the GNC total lean shake for my breakfast

@12:30 I had a activia vanilla yogurt as a snack :-)

@7:30 for dinner I had a turkey pot pie by banquet.. It was 370 calories..

And my snacks for the the day were 5 pretzel rods with fat free jiffy peanut butter :-)

Day 4

Hello all!

At 11:00am
I had my GNC Total lean shake. I use the vanilla bean flavor. Can't go wrong with vanilla. After a couple a days I find it to be very tasty and refreshing.

Look out for my current photos.. I do currently weight 190lbs I'm trying to go to 150 god willing :-)

At 3:00pm I will eat an activia
Yogurt strawberries and banana..


If your like me eating yogurt is really hard but start off with a vanilla flavor then force yourself till you get used to eating other flavors.. All to be healthy and lead a better life style of eating my fears..

In the afternoon had a bowl of red cherry tomatoes mixed with carrots

Dinner I had salmon with half a cup of rice

I hate rainy days in NYC

Nothing like being on a dirty wet bus and someone who is sitting in front of you,puts their umbrella on the floor only to have this person get up to change seats grab their umbrella and accidentally rub that filthy umbrella on your Arm and the female dog doesn't even say sorry.. #onlyinnewyork

Day 1

Okay. So this morning I decided to start the weight loss plan .. I feel posting each day on this blog will help me be more strict int attempts to lose weight.

Today for breakfast I had a meal replacement shake. This is my 4th day on this shake and I want to say it fulling and keeps me full for alittle over 4 hours .. Which is extremely good for me..
I'm using the GNC Total Lean shake..





The direction say to mix it with water but I use half 1% milk and half water and it works out perfectly for me.. Budget busting diva here and I need to make my milk stretch lol.. :-)

My exercise followed a brisk 15 minute walk to the bus stop and another brisk 15 minute walk to my job all equaling 30 minutes..

I'm slowly trying to bring my body into the motion of getting ready to work out soon.






You can use anything to mix it in or even stir it by hand. I prefer to use this blender

So for lunch I had a nice big romaine salad.. I again I'm doing my diet on a budget :-)
I used greek vingarette dress

Okay so since I work late in the night.. I'll update later what I ate before bed :-)
Oh yea and my snack was blueberry muffin I tore it up so I don't any pics :-( lol my fault :-)

Day 2

So today I started my
Morning off with a active yogurt :) yummy strawberry and banana @ 9:00am


And I Also had my vanilla bean GNC total lean shake @ 12:00pm

@ 4:00pm I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with light mayonnaise with 2 slices of turkey meat

@8:00 I ate a grilled chicken romaine salad with Greek vingerette dressing..
