today was a bit different 8/13/201
This morning I had 3 low fat pancakes and turkey bacon for breakfast..
This was a huge breakfast for me so I may just have a snack later and instead of lunch ..
For a snack I had 1.5oz serving of cashew nuts
For dinner I had steam turkey wings with romaine lettuce and carrots
